Is there a setting in Group Policy that I can set to disable User and Computer accounts.  When new users are created they go to a OU=Quarantined\Users and compters go to OU=Quarantined\Computers.  I want to apply the disable account to these two OUs.

You could run a script targeted at that particular OU. An example can be found at this site.

Note to change the code to 514 for disable.

That is what I use and then I just run a script every 5 mins
