Why does my outlook message keep getting indented to the right when people reply?

Hi..Why does my email in outlook keep getting indented to the right when people reply to me?
I have email that I need to print but the longer the email the more it gets pushed to the right and I cant print it straight. Is there any way to fix this so I can start printing my email straight?

Hi, techin4.

There's nothing you can do about the indents in replies to you.  The indenting is being done by the other person's mail.  All you can do is ask them to change their email client to not do that.  In Outlook, the setting that controls that is found here

1.  Click Tools > options
2.  On the Preferences tab click the E-mail Options button
3.  Click the the pulldown labled "When replying to a message" and you should see a selection "Include and indent original message text"

That would be the setting they need to change if they are using Outlook.  I can't tell you how to make the change for other clients, but they will have a similar setting.
