I need to make a Collapsible Menu that i can hide and show different parts of it depending on verification that happens on load in my website. I am using visual C# language in a asp.net 2.0 website form.

example: If ( roles = clerk)
                        {
                            Hide sales reports
                          }

WebControls have a .Visible property for foin just that.
So you can wrap the section you want to hide, with an <asp:Panel> and make it Visible=false
