Slider bar control for a windows Form

hi -- I remember developing some code for Windows Mobile (or whatever it was called 5 years ago.) It had slider bars in the toolkit and I was able to use them relatively easily. I had hopes of using a similar control for a current project (C#, VS 2008) but i don't see a slider in the toolkit. I went looking to see if it was in the toolkit Add Item list, but i couldn't find one. am I missing something? Is there a control out there I could download/purchase?

thanks. you saved me a lot of time. I hadn't paid any attention to track bar since the name seemed similar to progress bar.
