Auto-installed Flash update, now get error message every hour or so

I get this error when I leave the computer alone for several minutes:  Could not find the file "flash.ocx".  It started after I allowed an automatic Flash update

I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

This usually happens whe you have a third party screen saver - as the saver kicks in it calls the flash OCX file but since the update the file name has changed.

The new file is called flash9n.ocx (where n is the version letter)

To fix the problem simply make a copy of flash9n.ocx in the same folder and call it flash.ocx

The file is at C:\Windows\System32\Macromed\Flash
