I need to report nightly thoughput from a solaris tape backup system.  We have performace issues

We have a solaris 9 box and I need to know how many bites in how many minutes come from each client.

I just want to know what are our "turtles" on the nightly backup.  The software (legato 7.1 ) shows me the combined throughput of 4 systems at one time and does nothing to record it ( unless I want to sit there all night long with a pen & paper ).

There are about 100 clients on the solairs 9 system.
