Limit user send to and receive email from destination?

Hi, I'm running CentOS + Postfix & dovecot as my email server. Is there any settings on postfix to distinguish and define my local postfix user as following group.

User in GROUP A
a)      Send to & receive from local domain(ms.example.com & ms1.example.com) : OK
b)      Send to & receive from example.com domain(all other *.example.com) : OK
c)      Send to & receive from WWW   : OK

User in GROUP B
a)      Send to & receive from local domain(ms.example.com & ms1.example.com) : OK
b)      Send to & receive from example.com domain(all other *.example.com) : OK
c)      Send to & receive from WWW   : not permitted

User in GROUP C
a)      Send to & receive from local domain(ms.example.com & ms1.example.com) : OK
b)      Send to & receive from example.com domain(all other *.example.com) : not permitted
c)      Send to & receive from WWW   : not permitted

Thanks & regards,
