    It would be a long story, including php scripting and formatting. May be you should learn something about php scripting with mysql first?

    Accepted Solution

    If its a one time requirement and then its very simple..  But if you want a tool which generates report then Pls go for any reporting tools suggested in prev comments.... also search for Open Source free reporting tools if you wnat to go for Free reporting tools

    I assume that you have a web server running and it supports php.

    1. Create a php page which connects MySQL server and pulls the data from the table emp
    2. Make use of below java script snippet to print the current page(should be in <head> of the current page)

    <script language="Javascript1.2">
    var message = "Print this Page";
    function printpage() {
    document.write("<form><input type=button "
    +"value=\""+message+"\" onClick=\"printpage()\"></form>");

    Open in new window
