Fixed header,sortable,scrollable Table

I want to design a  table with fixed header, scrollable(only vertical scrolls) & sortable table in my jsp with help of css & javascript.The table width attribue should be only in % not in pixels.
I want to have a genric code so that it suits for n number of column.
Please help me.
