I am using Exchange 2000 SP3 with Outlook 2000 SR-3.<br />
I have a public folder with an email address of info@xyz.com<br />
I have assigned the Send As right to a group of users on the public folder<br />
Users can send as the public folder by selecting the public folder in the From field in Outlook<br />

What i want is that when they select &quot;reply&quot; in a message in the public folder, it will automatically use the public folder email address instead of the user personnal email address. Basically, automatically fill the From field.<br />

The only i have succeeded is they must manually select the Public folder in the from field.<br />

Is it possible that i need Outlook 2003 to have this feature ???
