Send as public folders automatically

I am using Exchange 2000 SP3 with Outlook 2000 SR-3.
I have a public folder with an email address of info@xyz.com
I have assigned the Send As right to a group of users on the public folder
Users can send as the public folder by selecting the public folder in the From field in Outlook

What i want is that when they select "reply" in a message in the public folder, it will automatically use the public folder email address instead of the user personnal email address. Basically, automatically fill the From field.

The only i have succeeded is they must manually select the Public folder in the from field.

Is it possible that i need Outlook 2003 to have this feature ???

It is not possible. By default outlook choose the from address for the account which is configured with profile (basically it is blank and not required to fill since it is primary account for profile).
