exghange e-mail bouncing back weird message

we have an in house exchange server connected on  204.15.142.114 we suddenly are not getting about 50% of our sent e-mails though to the end users. sometimes we get a delayed message or soetimes a bounceback with odd refused messages like this one:

smtp;554 EMail from mailserver at 67.8.232.101 is refused. See http://spamblock.outblaze.com/67.8.232.101

Its odd because we dont own or use the ip address 67.8.232.101

any idea what could be causeing this? we have checked our ip aagainst sites like spamhause and its clear.

This would be your connecting ip which is blocked. To find out what is your connecting IP send an email to ipconfirm@mx.postmaster.com & it shall reply with your connecting IP.

take this IP & go to www.mxtoolbox.com & check if this IP is blocked.

its probably your ISPs mailserver (roadrunner, right?) their IP is blacklisted in the outblaze list.
It seems you are using it as an SMTP relay.

the ip you mention resolves to:    101.232.8.67.cfl.res.rr.com

try using another SMTP relay and it should work or contact roadRunner with the info and get them to contect outblaze.com to get the smtp server removed from the blacklist

check whether the isp has a kind of smtp pickup on your DSL.. some here in the country have SMTP pickup that catches the mail and sends is through their own smtp servers
