Number shape data in Visio 2007

I am trying to copy a grid made with  shape, the Space ID and Name have a certain floor on it, I would like to change the floor only on the Shape Data. I have 200 grids per floor. can this be done? See Attached

    Your example doesn't appear to be attached. Note that EE doesn't support vsd files yet so you'll have to change the file extension to .txt or something that is supported if you want to upload the Visio drawing.

    I was hoping that someone who is familiar with the Visio floor plan template would be able to help. I don't know anything about it to offer assistance. Sorry...
