setting to disable "default email program" check in lotus notes

I am trying to profile Lotus Notes to Stream to my Presentation Servers (XenApp) for access as a published application.
During the install of Lotus Notes it says it is "Starting Services" and then rollsback the installation. I know that during the profiling it puts the application in an isolation environment, so I want to know what service is it trying to start and also is there any command line options to the installer that I can use to tell it not to install any services. I am not using the Single Logon service in the installation so I know it isn't that. Any information would be helpful.

I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Ok, I was able to profile Notes by putting the ntmulti.exe in the location where the service is looking for it, this works.
My problem now is that every time lotus is opened it says that it is not the default email client. This setting cannot be changed because the profile used to launch the application is read-only. Does anybody know where I can set this in an ini file or registry setting to not check to see if it is the default email program.
