Vmware Appliance

Anyone know of a Vmware Image with the following already installed? (Like one of those free vmware appliances . . )

PHP 4.2 or higher
Send Mail
GD Library 2.0 or higher
FreeType Support
CRON jobs enabled (optional for automation)
Apache Mod Rewrite (for SEO friendly urls)
Safe Mode Off and Time Limit Enabled for Recreating Cache
PHP Curl Library and webserver should be able to read files from external url.
1 MySQL 4.0.16 or later database
Cpanel 10
PhpMyAdmin 2.7.0 or later

    There are plenty of pre-built VMs with most of that stuff, but I think cpanel is going to be the kicker.  Unless they decide to build one, I don't think anyone will ever (legally) be able to distribute one on their own.
