how can i turn off synchronize from a network login

    Do you mean Offline Files? In that case:
    1. Log in with Local administrative rights
    2. Open My Computer
    3. Select 'Tools' along the top, Click 'Folder Options'
    4. Select the Offline Files Tab
    5. Disable Offline Files
