Error: Wltray.exe entry pointy not to fix this so it does not return on restart?

I am getting an error when xp professional service pack 3 restarts. Wltray.exe entry point not found:
The procedure entry point A cound not be located in the dynamic link library kernel 32.  How do I fix this?

    It seems to be a Dell program related to your internet. It probably depends on what computer you have so go to:
    and choose your computer and download the latest internet drivers.

    This program should be for your Dell wireless card. I would recommend that you download the drivers for your wireless card from and reinstall them. This should solve your problem.
