I need a bit of help:
I created a backup job from Policy/Policy Template. While the backup was running, I modifed the policy template and eventually deleted it (policy). Now, I cannot delete the backup job as it prompts me to remove its association with the policy which doesn't exist any more. KB article on Veritas support page says to contact support for upgrade but I have no time for that as the data to be backed up is critical and need daily/weekly data protection. If I don't find the answers, I might have to re-install Be.
Please help if anyone's got any experience with this: even tips about going to the back-end sql dbase would be appreciated.
