Citrix PNAgent error

After upgrading to Presentation server 4.5 from 4.0.  My users cannot access applications from the pnagent.

Error message:  Cannot connect to the citrix xenapp server. Could not find specifed Citrix server.

The web interface works fine and users can connect.

How do i get the Pnagent to talk to the servers view the Web server where the web interface is installed.  We are using port 3443 for XML.

Who is Participating?
is the agent connecting to the web inteface that holds its configuration,
can the user authneticate
is it enumerating applications?
Was this ever resolved? cause we are having the same issue...Users can not connect and times out...due to errors (PNAgent)...
