I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

We need a bit more information on your setup.

Is this a stand alone Outlook - or connected to exchange?

Are the PCs connected to  network ?

If you don't have an exchange server, you can subscribe to a hosted exchange service - you can get all of this (should be $5 - $10 a month per user)

If you are using all home PCs with no network then its you need software to sync the two pcs and get remote access to the PCs.

So the answer to your original question is Yes... but how depends on what you have and how its connected.

OK, thanks very much for the assistance

I am restricted by my firewall from work.  So accessing my home PCs from there is not viable.  I have two PCs at home that I would like to use to access my contacts online from home, and without Outlook.  Currently the data that is in both of our phones is synchronized locally using Outlook on one of our PCs.  We both sync the same contacts.

current perception of need:
free contact solution online that can be used to sync our phones, and will accept our outlook contacts.
