I have a client that has lots of calendar items and I want to force an auto archive for just this one folder and non of the others.
I've right clicked on the properties of his calendar, select auto archive tab and set the archive to 1 month and to delete the old items

How do I force this to happen immediately?

    Hi, johnbowden.

If you click Tools > Mailbox Cleanup then click the AutoArchive button the auto archive process should run immediately.

Ok, maybe I spoke too soon. I made sure that the Calendar auto archive was set to delete items older than 1 month but after I ran the auto archive process, all of the calendar items are still there.

    Let's review the settings.

    1.  Archive this folder using these settings is selected
    2.  Clean out items older than is set to 1 Months or 30 days
    3.  Permanently delete old items is selected

    Is that correct?
