how to change application icon for .net at runtime (using code)

I know how to go to the project properties on vb.net 2008  and change the application icon at designtime.  but how do I do it at runtime.  I have 2 icons in my project resouces and I want to be able to decide at runtime which one to use.

You can change your main form icon.
For that you can use the "icon" property of the form
