Configure SMTP Symantec Brightmail to work with exchange 2007

Hi.

Now i having issue to receive email from external?
When i send from external it bound back an error message "Relay access denied"

In Exchange 2007 i need to set anything?

On the brightmail, have to configure local domain example xxxx.com, so that the email will be accept and route to Exchange 2007
