insert image into oracle database using visual

I'm using visual 2005 and oracle 10g database,
in visual I have one form, in this form there is two textbox (No, Name) and one picturebox.
in oracle database I have 3 feilds (NO,NAME,PIC)

what I want is how can I save the picture box image and the date thats being in the textboxes into oracle data base when I press on save button.
