I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Is the user which can not access the folder, member of the same user goup as other users?

The user is not the same group. If you are implying that access to Incoming Faxes folder is controled via groups, how to grant access to this folder to a specific group?
B_handAuthor Commented:
found it.

On the Incoming Faxes click on Modify Settings and Columns link, then click on Change permissions for this document library, followed by Add User.
So it was a permission issue.

Glad you solved it!
