Hotmail Deleted Email

I can guarantee this is a no.
I myself tried and tried, but they dont keep anything. Which I wasnt happy at all with. And to top it off, I went to get an email the other day, and it told me that they deleted all my emails because I havent been on in 6-0 days.
Very dissappointed.

But yea, they dont keep backups, you can send emails until your blue in the face, but they wont do anything.

what if i get a court order? Do you think that they do not keep, or they are not willing to give up?

They dont keep any records, or if they do, they use it for their own internal purposes. They dont seem to want to support end users at all. By all means try, but I think you will find that most webmail providers don't offer anykind of end user support for these things.

Someone hacked a computer and sent emails to my account. The emails are not in my box, so i am sure they have accesed my email and deleted them after they forwarded them. Do you think that involving law enforcement will get Microsoft to release these records? and would they still have the records of the deleted items?

How did you go contacting hotmail directly through the link above? If anyone can give you an answer its them. I'm not sure how much more you are after out of this post.

No answer back from them. What i am looking for is someone that tells me that they were able to get Microsoft to release the email, and how they did it. OR if for SURE they do not keep it.
