execute javascript from another url that I load in a sliding panel

Hi I m create a web page where I use sliding panels.
In one of then I load another page. (for example showProducts.php). In there I pass some url variables and my page works all right.
My problem is that inside the show Products.php I load some images. When I click on them I want to saw in a pop up  a bigger image. The problem is that my javascript doesnt execute.
When I reach the page directrly though the url (loading only this page and not this page inside th sliding panel) my script works all right.
What should I do to make this javascript work when a access it throug the sliding panel?

Thank you.

from the showProducts.php which I load inside a sliding panel, I want to open a popup image.
The image below is a thumbnail. It's inside the showProducts.php which loads inside a sliding panel. Clicking on this image I want to open a pop up (or lightbox).
My problem is that javascripts dont execute inside the showProducts.php , cause it loads as an external file inside the sliding panel. The sliding panel forms part of the index.php. When I click an image in the index.php I load the showProducts.php inside my sliding panel.

Thank u.
<!-- THATS THE CODE INSIDE THE SHOWPRODUCTS.PHP-->
<div id="restPhotos"><?php
// Show IF Conditional region1
if (@$row_rsGetPhotos['photosSmall1'] != "") {
?>
    <a href="../projectsUpldFiles/<?php echo $row_rsGetPhotos['photosBig1']; ?>" rel="lightbox" target="_blank" ><img src="projectsUpldFiles/<?php echo $row_rsGetPhotos['photosSmall1']; ?>" border="0"/></a>
    <?php }
// endif Conditional region1
?>
<!--//END OF CODE INSIDE SHOWPRODUCTS.PHP-->

<!--THATS THE CODE INSIDE INDEX.PHP WHICH LOADS THE SHOWPRODUCTS.PHP INSIDE THE SLIDINIG PANEL-->
<img src="projectsUpldFiles/{projectThumb}" onmouseup="loadNewFragment('xml/showProducts.php?projectFgnId={projectRelId}&amp;&amp;projectDefCat={defaultCat}', 'ex1_p3')" onclick="mySlide()" border="0"/>

Open in new window
