service stuck in starting status?

i nee dthis service to stop how do I kill it? it is the exchange system attendant thank you

    I am not sure if it's any critical to kill it, but you could use pskill from the toolset "pstools" from Microsoft to kill it using the -s switch (system rights). Start pskill from an elevated command prompt.
