Partitioning a SSD

I am trying to partition my 128G  SSD adding a logical D:/ drive.
XP does not allow me to do it. There is a way around it?

XP won't allow you to alter its OS drive, but if you use something like partition magic you will be able to reduce the C partition and create another. You will find the utility on Ultimate Boot CD.

Try this one: http://www.paragon-software.com/home/pm-express/download.html
Paragon Software made, very impressive software and most attracting - it is free and up-to date product.

I use the free EASUS Partition Manager Home Edition to partition my SSD disk.

Use whatever, but you must boot to something other than the disk you wish to partition unless you buy an Apple which will do it for you while the OS is running.
