OWA authentication pass-through question

I have an internal server (not front end) running OWA and everything works fine with one exception.  When we log in we have to log in first to the OWA server, then a second time to the Exchange server.  I believe there is a way to change it so that we only need to log in once, but I can't sort it out.

We're on Exchange 2003 running on Windows 2003 servers.  The OWA server has no active mail stores, it's only used for OWA.

Thank you for any advice.
