It only do it when you are starting the application. When I did a restore it allowed me to start the application then I was thinking the same thing so I closed the project that I was working on. Then when I got ready to start the application again it would not state and the only way I could get it to start in by restoring it.

First this started on my desktop and the only way I could get it to work again was I had to restore to a previous version. Then it force me to use my laptop and last night it did it on my laptop. So I am now saying it is not a problem with the machine it is most likely a sofeware problem.<br />
