permission required not working properly

i have recently deployed dameware remote control tool as a remote control tool for our helpdesk. all our helpdesk users are members of local administrator group. when the user tries to connect to the machine he gets in without asking the user for permission. there is a setting called, permission required, and this works sometimes and sometimes not. did someone use this software and know a soultion for this.

If you connect to the machine using login credentials which have Administrator privileges on the destination machine, those credentials may be used behind the scenes to give you the impression that your session is unauthenticated.

thanks for the reply. yes i had already seen this document and my concern is all helpdesk guys are members of the local administrators group. i dont want them to be able to connect without user permissions no matter what is the case, desktop locked, user logged off or logged in. administrator also should be asked for permissions
