permission required not working properly
i have recently deployed dameware remote control tool as a remote control tool for our helpdesk. all our helpdesk users are members of local administrator group. when the user tries to connect to the machine he gets in without asking the user for permission. there is a setting called, permission required, and this works sometimes and sometimes not. did someone use this software and know a soultion for this.
