We have 2 machines here that cannot print from word. When word is open and print is selected the dialog box to ask what printer and such does not come up. No other print options work, like quick print. When the document is saved and is right clicked and print is selected there it prints fine. All other Microsoft Office programs print opened or closed as well as from the internet and adobe. Although it is not the printer, I have tried setting different printers as the default, and adding new printers. I also reset the normal.dot, created new user profile, logged in as another user, uninstalled (renamed office 12 folder) and reinstalled office, performed a system restore to 2 weeks before issue, and ran spy removal software. Please advise, and Thank you in advance. Software/System specs: Windows XP SP3, Microsoft Office 2007 SP1.
