export CAS settings using exportCASConfig.ps1 fails. "I get Input parameters are not set"

i am trying to export my CAS from Exchange 2007. I use the exortCASConfig.ps1 script I got from, and I get 'Input parameters are not set'.
To be very specific, i put the script on the c:\, i do a set-location c:\ and type in c:\exportCASConfig.ps1. what am I missing

    You need to specify the XML File with that
    exportCASConfig.ps1 -cloneConfigData:"C:\CASConfigData.xml"
