I'm not sure how to fix this. When I log into a terminal server via Remote Desktop. I can disconnect from the session and I can relog back into the session. When I log into the server using citrix the user's session is logged off. how can I make it so my users can reconnect to disconnected sessions?

user's can't reconnect to disconnected sessions
