Watchguard x1000 VPN Disconnects

What does the line: Output SA changing state DYING or DEAD  mean on my Watchguard x1000 firewall when trying to maintain a site to site VPN connection? How can I get my firewall to maintain a constant connection?

    For some reason the security association the building block for VPN phase negotiations is dying; the log message indicates that the state changed from dying to dead.

    What other logs you get in traffic monitor; there should be a reason why the tunnel is dying. Do you ever get the VPN tunnel up.

    Please provide more details.
