WSUS Admin console not showing client computers!

I have installed WSUS 3.0 SP1 on a windows 2003 server.  I selected to use the custom port 8530 for WSUS since I have another site running on port 80 on this server.  I followed the installation instructions in the Step-by-Step guide from Microsoft.  I elected to use GPO to ensure that client machines use the WSUS server for getting updates.  I created a stand-alone GPO for WSUS, and configured it as directed in the guide.  No matter what I do I can't get the client machines to be visable in the WSUS Admin console.  I also receive a error message when trying to access the WSUS Admin console thru a web browser, not sure if it is related.  If I try to access it from the servers web browser at http://servername:portnumber I recieve a HTTP 404 error.  I I try the same path on a client machine I recieve a "Directory Listing Denied
This Virtual Directory does not allow contents to be listed. " error.  If I try http:/servername:portnumber/WSUSAdmin I recieve a site under construction error.  Any help would be appreciated.  Thanks!

Sounds like you need to configure your IIS to display the WSUS website. Did you elect to use SSL as well?

Also issue has been raised prev on Experts exchange.

NO I didn't set it up for SSL.  I didn't realize that the web portion was disabled in 3.0 SP1. If I have the WSUS Server configured for port 8530, and I use the custom URL in the GPO settings. What I am missing?
