User not listed in Active Directory

I have a user in an OU that I can see when I bring up Active Directory Users and Computers and browse to his OU.  Other Domain Admins in our organization cannot see this particular user in the OU, but can find him when doing a search.
What is blocking them from seeing this user?  How can I unblock them?

    Accepted Solution

    Try the following first, run ADSIEDIT, navigate to the user in the Domain-->OU right click on the users and scroll down to showInAdvancedViewOnly and if this is set to True set this to False. Refresh the OU in ADUC and see if this fixes this.
