Here is my document on Variables in SSIS. You can create a Script Task and view the value in a popup Message Box. That is explained in this document. Let me know.

Why do you have 2 variables named ToFolder. You must have created one with a different scope. Go back to the variables window and remove or rename one.

you can see the value of the variable using SSIS debug, or you can create a script task to show the value in a msgbox, or inside a dataflow using data viewer.
