I need to put a Cisco Pix 501 Firewall behind a cable modem.  I've done this before when I've had staic IPs to use, but this time I don't.  Is there a way I can configure the Pix to recieve a IP address from the cable modem?  Thanks

It should look something like this.

To get the ip address from your cable company

ip address outside dhcp setroute

allow access to the internet.

global (outside) 1 interface
nat (inside) 1 0 0
