Shared Task List in Exchange 2007

I need to be able to add a task list in Exchange that multiple people can add/view to it.  Can this be done in exchange manager?

You create the public folder in Outlook, or in power shell

With the proper permission to create and manage the public folder, you can copy the task list from the outlook folder into the new public folder and manage it with permissions/groups from active directory. You should appoint one use an owner to manage the folder
