I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

If you are using Exchange then you can simply right-click on Inbox (the one you want to share) and select Properties. Go to the Permissions tab and add the person(s) or group(s) that you want to grant access to. They will be able to open your Inbox in File > Open > Other user folders.

If you are not using Exchange then you need to purchase 3rd party product to achieve your goal. You can google that yourself by typing "Share Outlook" or "Share outlook inbox/emails" and do the search. I haven't personally use one (I use Exchange) so don't want to recommend something I don't know.
