Assign Static IP to 2nd nic in Hyper V Server

Im trying to assign a static IP to a second nic i installed for remote admin on a Hyper V Server (No GUI) using command line i get this error:

C:\Users\administrator>netsh interface ipv4 set address name="Local Area Connect
ion 3" source=static address= mask= gateway
The filename, directory name, or volume label syntax is incorrect.

below are ipconfig /all results efore trying to assign static ip

    Have you included the "=" sign in front of the gateway address?
