Occasional Vista blackscreen with white text

I am getting an occasional blackscreen with white text on a brand new Vista SP1 Business laptop with 4GB ram. Sometimes the computer manages to restart. Most recently windows tries to repair itself.

Below is the message on the screen after restart.
I have also uploaded the minidump files here: http://www.srpro.com.au/Minidump2.zip
Could someone please help me have a look and advise please.
Many thanks in advanced.

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

One dumpfile shows a possible connection to an executable of Symantec Service Framework. Maybe that software (some symantec software you are running) needs to be updated to a more compatible version?
