I need to use google map inside my jsp page? can some one explain how it works? Can i use freely in my enterprise application or i have to pay for this?

Google maps is a Javascript/Ajax application embedded in HTML.  So it's the same in JSP as in any HTML page.

You have to sign up for an API key, so that Google allows you access.  It's free, you can do it from here:
http://code.google.com/apis/maps/signup.html
