How to make Apache rewrite content ?

I would like to know how we can make Apache (2.0) rewrite content, ie. for example change all occurences of in the body of an html into Any ideas ?

    mod_rewrite cannot change HTML source code. You'll need a 3rd-party module, mod_proxy_html [1] for that. Mod_rewrite acts at HTTP request klevel, not HTTP response. Mod_rewrite can rewrite or redirect incoming requests (i.e. s/o clicked on a link or typed the URL into the location bar) to an other location.
