Blackberry sync using desktop redirect is removing deleted items...
When using Desktop manager to sync a Blackberry with Outlook the deleted items are removed. The client does not want to remove any deleted items. This in affect is her archive. I set the sync settings to All for the Calendar and it still removes the deleted items. I know I know deleted means remove but if you been around any length of time, you know folks keep these as their history.
What is the best way to set the sync so it just updates the Blackberry and Outlook without removing deleted items?

You know what, I completely looked past the fact you are using desktop manager. My bad. You won't be using service books.

I changed the setting on the handheld to;
'On the handheld: Open your messages. Open the menu and select Options. Scroll down to Email Reconciliation and click again. Select Handheld next to Delete On. Change option to delete on Handheld, then save.'
Does this apply to the Calendar items as well?
