Logged out after logging into Outlook Web Access (OWA) for SBS 2003.

When a user uses an internal address for exchange (http://server/exchange) they are immediately prompted to log in again after clicking on two or three emails. This happens on any computer. However, when using an external address, (http://mail.domainname.com/exchange), it appears to work fine. I can open emails and navigate through OWA without being logged off. Please see the attached screen shot.

So far this has only been happening to one user, as far as i have been told.

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Did the user leave OWA inactive for a long period of time?

No. As soon as you sign in and click on two or three items the very next screen is another logon screen.
