Unable to find a report in CMC/infoview

Hi,
I am using business objects enterprise Xi and crystal reports Xi. My instance manager showed a report xyz failed today. I wanted to verify which db connection it is using. But i am unable to locate the report in cmc/ infoview. The instance manager shows the location of the report, but while searching, it is not showing up (searched in the exact folder). I am logged as an Administrator. So i should be able to everything...
Can anyone help me?

Easiest way to search in CMC is:
>Log in to CMC
>Click on Objects
>Type in your report name in the search field

I did that; it says "No Items found". Also went thero the folder which the instance manager showed. It isn''t there either. I checked all the "Recurring" objects in instance manager n that report is listed there. That mean it will run tomorrow as well and will fail.
Please help me out!
We are using Business objects 10 . I said xi earlier.

Can you post the links of your cmc and instance manager. Just to make sure you are looking in the same server..

When i was checking instances of one of the reports, I saw failure instances with a different name in that report. I found that someone has updated the report "X" ( which i was looking for) with report "Y" and did not reschedule the report. Since report X was scheduled to run everyday, while running it was storing an instance with its old name "X".  When i checked the instance manager i saw tits old name. In CMC, i coundn't locate that report since it was replaced.
