Is System.Data.Linq.dll supported in compact framework 3.5?

Is System.Data.Linq.dll supported in compact framework 3.5? I see some people using it but I can't find it my .net framework folder. Also Microsoft says that they support Linq in compact 3.5. Or maybe, am I missing a toolkit somewhere?

    It's not in compact, but System.Linq is.
