Hi, My client has Treo 800w with window mobile 6. I am trying to setup Active sync to sync directly with Microsoft Exchange server 2003 and I cannot. I am constantly getting the following error code (support code: 0x8503001C). I have a wtchguard firewall installed. Is there a port I have to open to let this communication pass through.
